The undisputed champion of martial arts filmmakers, Chang Cheh directed over 100 films during his prolific career. His actors all became megastars of the genre. Chang Cheh is known as the Godfather of Hong Kong cinema, and rightly so. His films for the Shaw Brothers are unmistakably works of art that are still enjoyed by fans today.
